SG series is a 90° rotating gear operator suitable for ball valves, butterfly valves, plug valves with manual, electric or hydraulic actuators.
Speed ratio: 31:1 ~ 190:1
Output torque: 650nm ~ 50000Nm
Gearbox material: ductile iron
Worm gear material: QT600-3
Protection level: IP67 ~ IP68
Input and output connection flanges are designed according to ISO 5210 and ISO 5211 standards.

Installation and operation instructions
The gearbox input end flange is connected to the electric actuator, the input shaft is connected to the electric actuator hole, and the flange bolts are installed and tightened.
Connect the lower flange of the gear operating mechanism to the upper flange of the valve, and slide the valve shaft into the hole on the worm gear. Tighten the flange bolts. Turn the handwheel clockwise to close the valve, and turn the handwheel counterclockwise to open the valve. A position indicator and position mark are installed on the top of the gear operating mechanism, and the position of the switch can be directly observed through the position indicator. The gear operating mechanism is also equipped with a mechanical limit screw, which can be adjusted and limited at the extreme position of the switch.
